What We Remove
Our experienced crews dismantle and remove cubicles and panel systems, desks, office chairs, conference and break-room tables, filing cabinets and storage units, along with other loose office furniture.
How the Process Works
- Free walkthrough. We visit the space, review what is staying and what is going, and confirm access, elevators and loading areas.
- Send an inventory if you have one. A simple list of items with a few photos lets us prepare your quote faster, often before the site visit.
- Building coordination. We work with property management on move-out rules, elevator reservations and dock times, and we provide certificates of insurance when the building requests them.
- Removal. Furniture is disassembled and carried out with care for walls, floors and common areas.
- Recycling and donation. Wherever practical, we route usable pieces toward resale or donation and send materials such as metal and wood to recycling, keeping as little as possible out of the landfill.
- Broom-clean handoff. We leave the suite empty and broom-swept so it is ready for your landlord, the next tenant or your contractor.
Built Around Your Move-Out Date
Lease end dates rarely move, so we schedule removal around yours. Work can be phased while your team is still in the space, or done after hours and on weekends to stay clear of tenants and building traffic. If you are also moving into a new office, we can handle relocation and installation at the new location under the same project plan.
